The Kurokubas are not natives of Poplighton.

They are wandering shadows of the universe, drifting from world to world, leaving destruction in their wake.Their lives are short. Their bodies age quickly. And across all the worlds they have conquered, they have found only one thing capable of slowing time within them:

... the blue blood of dragons.

They hunted its dragons relentlessly, until none remained.

Now, the last reserves of blue blood are guarded by the Dragon Clan, who keep watch day and night.

The Kurokubas carry powerful weapons stolen from fallen worlds. They are physically strong, loud, aggressive, and ruthless in battle. They rarely travel alone. Where one appears, others are never far behind.
